Marketing Manager - Growth & Market Expansion (m/w/d)

toern is a growing AI startup based in Hamburg that is rethinking the returns process in e-commerce. With an automated all-in-one solution, we help online stores efficiently manage returns, streamline processes, and gain real business insights from return data.
Your role:
As Marketing Manager (m/f/d), your goal isn’t just to “do marketing,” but to generate demand, actively drive growth, and position toern as the leading solution in the market.
You’ll ensure that the right people hear from us at the right time—and, above all, understand why toern is needed.
In doing so, you’ll play a crucial role not only in planning but, above all, in the operational execution of building the brand in a scalable way and actively driving toern’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for consistent and effective communication across all channels
- Development and execution of growth and marketing campaigns (HubSpot, paid, organic) in close collaboration with the sales team
- Creation and publication of content (LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, website, and partner marketing)
- Conceiving and executing event and trade show appearances to generate leads and nurture relationships with existing customers
- Creating presentations, slides, and keynotes for internal and external use cases
Qualification:
- Responsibility for consistent and effective communication across all channels
- Development and execution of growth and marketing campaigns (HubSpot, Paid, Organic) in close collaboration with the Sales Team
- Creating and publishing content (LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, website, and partner marketing)
- Conceiving and executing event and trade show appearances for lead generation and relationship management with existing customers
- Creating presentations, slides, and keynotes for internal and external use cases
