Are there any additional costs for the fulfillment module?
No As a fulfillment service provider, you get an individual complete package – the fulfillment module is included in the agreed pricing.
Are there any additional integration costs?
Only for custom integrations that go beyond our standard setup – for example, if we need to develop a new integration to your system. Existing standard integrations are free of charge.
Can I change pricing at any time?
An immediate change is not always possible, but we are open to flexible adjustments. If your requirements change, we'll find a suitable new model together.
Do I pay per return or per month?
Our model combines both: You receive a monthly quota of returns based on your needs (e.g. 100 or 500 returns). If this volume is exceeded, we will bill each additional return individually.

I would like to have a portal but I am still small, what can we do?
No problem! Our basic pricing was developed precisely for smaller shops. Already from 89 €/month You get a professional returns portal with all basic features – ideal even with low returns numbers. Are you unsure whether it fits yet? Just talk to us – we'll find a solution together!
Is support included in the price?
Yes. We are available at any time for technical issues and actively support you during onboarding. For individual customizations or new requirements, we coordinate the effort with you.
Is there a free trial period?
Yes, we can offer you a free trial period upon request. However, this does not include any technical integrations or the setup of new interfaces — an active contract is required for that.
What discount options are there?
We offer a free trial period and design the contract individually based on your return volume. Our pricing structure is so flexible that additional discounts are generally unnecessary. Based on experience, we always find a fair solution that suits your business.
What happens if my return volume suddenly drops?
No problem Your monthly fixed price is based on a defined return volume. If you are significantly below that, just talk to us – we'll look at the situation together and adjust your pricing flexibly if necessary.
Which features are included in pricing?
You only pay for what you really use. We activate or deactivate functions individually for you so that you get a tailor-made return portal – efficient and cost-transparent.
