Internship/ Working Student Founders Associate (m/w/d)

toern: We’re a growing AI startup based in Hamburg. We help e-commerce brands automate their returns processes, gather valuable customer data, and thereby increase revenue and efficiency. We’re building one of the most exciting SaaS solutions in the field of e-commerce operations—data-driven, fast-growing, and with a direct impact on our customers.
As an intern or working student, you’ll work hands-on directly with the founding team and gain a 360° insight into an early-stage startup.
Responsibilities
- You’ll work on key operational and organizational topics that make our company scalable: Providing ad-hoc support to the founding team on strategic and operational tasks
- Establishing structure and organization in our internal processes, ideally using AI tools
- Setting up, optimizing, and maintaining processes in our CRM (HubSpot) and handling operational finance matters
- Organizing team events and internal initiatives to strengthen team culture
- Selecting and designing our new office location
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field)
- You want to start your own business one day or work at a high-speed startup
- Structured, independent, and very hands-on approach to work
- Interest in startups, operations, and entrepreneurship
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- AI is not just a buzzword to you
- Fluent in German and English
